Choose a way to express how you feel this week. Here are some ideas:
- Create some artwork (paint, a model, recycled materials, collage of pictures)
- Take photos on your daily walk to show what is happening in your world.
- Create a dance to your favourite song (record and upload it if you like!)
- Write a diary entry about how you are feeling, what is going on in your day – maybe some worries and also good things.
