PE Home Challenges

Dear parents/carers, our friends at Leeds Rhinos have produced some fun fitness challenges. These short challenges will are delivered by some familiar faces from Leeds Rhinos as part of our on-going PE and sports work with the West Leeds Schools Sports Partnership and Leeds Rhinos Foundation.

There are a number of challenges- click on each weekly tab to have a go them. The challenges can be completed inside your home or in your garden and require no ‘specialist’ fitness equipment.
