Reading Homework

During his term, the children are still expected to read every night and we ask parents to write in the reading diary. Staff will read three times a week with your child and sign the diaries adding any tricky words or sounds that need to be recapped at home.

Maths Homework

We will also continue with the Schofield and Sims homework book.

On Monday, we will complete section A, questions 1, 2 and 3 in school.

The children will then bring the book home.

For homework the children will complete section B, questions 4, 5, and 6 at home.

The children will return the books back to school for Friday.

On Friday, we will complete section C, questions 7, 8 and 9 in school. 

Phonic Homework

In preparation for the Year 1 Phonic Screening Check, we will be recapping our Phase 5 sounds. The sheets below match what we are covering in class.
